Dawn of Upheaval's first song ever written and fully recorded, 'The Leader Within'! Included with the demo version of the track are two live cuts! One original; 'Retreat' is off our upcoming debut EP entitled 'Dead Planet', and one cover; 'Sweet Emotion' by a collective favorite of Dawn of Upheaval's, Aerosmith! All songs written and recorded by Dawn of Upheaval, except for track 3, which was written and recorded by Aerosmith.
Track 1 was recorded at the Pit of Upheaval in Ridgely, MD thru the early weeks of May 2019 using a Tascam DP-008EX. Mastered and produced by Brandon Bailey.
Track 2 was recorded live at the Pinch in Washington D.C. on April 28th, 2019 using Jonathan Hatcher's smartphone via being uploaded to and ripped from Facebook.
Track 3 was recorded live at the Pit of Upheaval in Ridgely, MD during a practice session early in March 2019 using Jonathan Hatcher's smartphone via being uploaded to and ripped from Facebook.
